Caroline Collins - Owner & Licensed Massage Therapist

Caroline Collins has been practicing massage for over 15 years.

Caroline was first drawn to the healing arts because it helped alleviate her own reoccurring low back pain, along with regular yoga practice. She had been teaching yoga since 2006 and found that massage and yoga combined led to a more dramatic increase in flexibility and reduced pain than yoga alone. 

In 2009 she attended the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, NM and graduated in 2010.

Since graduating, she has taken classes to learn many different massage modalities to expand her knowledge and expertise: Thai massage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, lomi lomi, myofascial release, orthopedic massage, and trigger point therapy.

In 2017 Caroline spent 4 months in Thailand for an in-depth study of Thai massage, completely immersing herself in Thai culture. She practices Thai massage as it’s traditionally done on a padded mat on the floor, and she incorporates Thai stretches into many of her table massage sessions. Her clients love the increased flexibility and improvements in joint mobility they notice from receiving this type of treatment.
